I’m writing my last prayer for peacemakers as a full time CPTer with the Palestine team.

As I write, Palestine is going through a hard time, in which you can see only fear and a collective sense of anxiousness and unease.

Today I ask you for several prayers:

  • Pray for those who remain in Gaza. Pray for their forgiveness, since we let them down, we saw them dying through live-streaming, and we did what we could but it was not enough.
  • Pray for the people in the West Bank, where each person simply tries to figure out their lives before being expelled.
  • Pray for the prisoners, because no one knows what goes on behind the bars, not even their families.
  • Pray for humankind to return to its humanity, without thinking of their colour, gender, or religion.
  • Finally, Pray for CPT’s Palestine team in their time of transition, and hold them in the light.
