CPT seeks a half-time (50%) Development Associate to support CPT’s efforts towards organizational growth, financial sustainability, and constituent engagement.

Responsibilities include implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, assisting with grants, and supporting on-line constituent engagement initiatives.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential donors in English, strong writing and editing abilities for grant proposals and fundraising appeals, commitment to grow in the work of undoing oppressions, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dispersed team across continents.

REPORTS TO: Development Coordinator
TERMS: Half-time, 20 hours/week, three-year appointment.
COMPENSATION: Living Wage* in the location where the worker lives; not less than $1000/mo.
BENEFITS: 100% employer-paid health, dental and vision coverage; two weeks annual vacation.
LOCATION: no preference
START DATE: negotiable; July 1 preferred.
