Let them
praise the name of the LORD,
for God’s name alone is exalted;
God’s glory is
above earth and heaven.

Prayers for
Peacemakers, December 26, 2012

Praise God, together with Colombian rural communities
struggling to uphold sustainable and healthy living amidst onslaughts of bulldozers,
palm companies, paramilitaries and mining conglomerates, for provision,
protection and goodness. May life’s gentle strength save the earth from waste and
warfare.
